CYFFA Player Combine Information

The purpose of the CYFFA Player Combine is to measure each player's fundamental football skills. Measurements collected will give the league the ability to rank each player based on their abilities. There is no pass or fail in these events and they do not determine a player's position on a team. These measurements are solely designed to rank players for the Player Draft. Our Player Draft is in place to ensure parity across teams by division.

The Player Combine consists of multiple stations including a Sprint, Zig-Zag Dash or Shuttle run, Catching, Throwing and more.  It takes between 15 minutes to an hour to complete all stations depending on how busy the combine is.  Please plan your time accordingly. Players are only required to attend ONE of the scheduled CYFFA Player Combine events offered. 

ALL PLAYERS, especially returning players, MUST come to a CYFFA Player Combine in order to be eligible for the player draft.  If your player does not come to a CYFFA Player Combine, they will be randomly placed on a team at the end of the Draft. Coaches may not draft/request a player that did not attend a combine event. No exceptions.
