MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS DIVISION

California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) has approved Flag Football as an official high school sport for girls as of the 2023-24 school year. We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for athletes to learn the rules of the game and prepare for high school level competition.

This is a girls only division for ages 11 to 13 year olds as of June 1st of the current season.
