About Us
The Conejo Youth Flag Football Association (CYFFA) empowers young athletes through a unique style of contact flag football that bridges the gap between non-contact flag and full tackle play. As the only program of its kind in the Conejo Valley, CYFFA provides a structured, physical, and development-focused environment that prepares players for future tackle football while reducing many of the risks associated with full contact.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, our mission is to deliver an inclusive, positive, and competitive experience where every athlete builds confidence, resilience, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Through purposeful contact, safe techniques, and strong coaching, we equip players with the skills—and character—they need both on the field and in life. (more)

Division Information
Scrim
This is our starting division designed to introduce players into the game of Flag Football. This fun paced program is all about ball movement and field awareness. Played on a smaller designed field allows the players, coaches and referees to engage the entire game.
Coed: 5 to 7 years old by June 1st of the current season
Bantam
Play development and the long snap becomes important in Bantam. This program is great for progressing into play design and field tactics. Down markers are introduced in this division and its all about ball movement. The field size increases adding zone work to the game.
Coed: 8 to 9 years old by June 1st of the current season
Junior
Players in the Juniors division really open up to the technical details of the sport. Plays are very advanced, field tactics become dynamic and individual position execution is key. Juniors is an exciting division, played on an increased field size from Bantam and deeper zone management.
Coed: 10 to 11 years old by June 1st of the current season
Senior
Our oldest division, depending on registration is either played on our largest field, or played as a "passing league", and filled with audibles, options, motions, and all things flag football are in these games. This is an extremely fun division with amazing play action.
Coed: 12 to 13 years old by June 1st of the current season
Middle School Girls
NEW as of the Fall 2023 Season, CYFFA has been offering a Middle School ALL-GIRLS flag football division. Modeled after the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) program, we aim to prepare the athletes to learn the rules of the game and prepare for high school level competition.
Girls Only: 11 to 13 years old by June 1st of the current season
